The “Managed Services” plans are for businesses that want us to handle everything, including website management, updates, and support on an ongoing basis. You’ll have peace of mind knowing we’re keeping your site up-to-date and running smoothly. The “Full Ownership” plans, on the other hand, are for businesses that want full control and ownership of their website once it’s built. With these plans, we hand the site over to you or your in-house team for management and maintenance after development is complete.

The "Complete Care" plans include website management, content updates, security monitoring, regular backups, and SEO enhancements. Each plan covers up to 3 hours of "extra work" per month for things like design tweaks or additional functionality. If you don’t use the full 3 hours, they’ll be “banked” up to a maximum of 15 hours. Once you reach the limit, we’ll notify you, and any further work beyond the banked hours will be charged at a non-discounted rate of $30 per hour, with prior approval required.

There’s no additional commitment / downpayment for the “Complete Care” plans outside of the price stated, and you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. If you cancel, your site will remain published for 60 days unless otherwise requested. During that time, you can choose to pay the equivalent of 6 months of the Complete Care plan to buy full ownership of the site, and we’ll transfer everything over to you, including any documentation and training videos. If you do not upgrade to full ownership or re-enroll in a plan within 60 days, the site will be unpublished and permanently deleted, with no recovery options available.

If you miss 1 payment, the 60-day grace period will start (as described above), giving you the option to pay for full ownership or re-enroll in the plan. If you miss 2 consecutive payments, your site will be reviewed for potential unpublishing, and you’ll have 30 days to clear the account. If 3 payments are missed, the site will be unpublished and permanently deleted, with no recovery options. The same terms apply to our Installment Plan clients.

Yes! If you decide you want full ownership and control of your website while still under the Complete Care plan, you can purchase it by paying the equivalent of 6 months of the Complete Care plan. Once the payment is made, we’ll transfer the website to you along with all necessary documentation and training materials, and there will be no further fees.
